Artis Leon Ivey Jr., known as Coolio was born August 1, 1963, in Monessen, Pennsylvania, and later moved to Compton, California. He had a life journey from August 1, 1963-September 28, 2022. He was an American rapper and actor. Coolio died at the age of 59 on September 28, 2022.

Coolio’s Personal Life
In 1996, He married Josefa Salinas, and later divorced in 2000. He had six children.
In 2013, a federal court gave judgment against him, when he was sued by a woman for jumping on her back. He was charged when he was accused of punching his girlfriend in the face.
In 1998, he was sentenced to six months probation and ordered to pay a $17,000 fine since he punched a store owner when she tried to stop them from stealing clothing. He was sentenced to probation again in 2016 after at Los Angeles International Airport found a loaded gun in his carry-on bag.

Coolio Cause of Death
On September 28, 2022, at a friend’s house Coolio was found unresponsive on a bathroom floor.
Police have opened an investigation into his death and Coolio’s manager stated he appeared to have suffered a cardiac arrest.
