Britney Spears Estrangement from Her Sons: ‘I’ve honestly felt like a huge part of me has died

Britney Spears shared audio clips in which she discusses her estrangement from her two sons, Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15 on her Instagram page.

In the five-part audio recording, Britney Spears shared her sadness over losing contact with her boys due to her troubled relationship with her father, Jamie Spears, saying she “prays he burns in hell.”

She went on to handle the changes in her and Federline’s custody arrangement. In September 2019, the exes amended their arrangement away from a 50-50 split, with Federline caring for the boys 70 percent of the time.

Britney Spears says.

“At one point, More than Kevin I spended more time with my kids”

” Not everyone remember that part because they consistently focus on the negative things, but I used to give them 70% of the time during their 6 to 9 years age. I’ve honestly felt like a huge part of me has died Since they’ve been gone. Like literally, I have no sense anymore. They were the reason for my joy and were everything .. that was what I lived for. And suddenly, they were gone, and I was like, oh my God, did my heart just stop beating? Honestly, I don’t comprehend how it’s just so comfortable for them just to cut me off like that. I don’t understand it.” 

In the recording clip, Britney Spears reveals that it feels like “a huge part of me has died.” due to the pain of not having her children with her.

Addressing the separation, Spears said, “it’s not understandable how it’s so comfortable for them, just to cut me off like that. I don’t comprehend it.”

Britney Spears then addressed Jamie Spears and back in 2008 placed her under conservatorship after multiple hospitalizations and walks back her previous response to Jayden’s statements. (Dated Sept. 2 in an Instagram post, the singer responded to her son’s criticism of her racy posts, saying,

“Me saying I’m a child of God, I shouldn’t have said to you”

“That’s something I should have said to my dad. I’ve always been learnt that the only one who can fix our heart is the one who broke it. Go to the source. But now thats not going to never happen because I pray he burns in hell.” 

She also said that she used to attend AA (Alcoholics Anonymous) arrangements under the control of her father, and she was “never able to miss any arrangements.”

“I had to go no matter what, The way my father made it for me” she says, sharing her treatment as cutting “me off from everything I knew. I did feel like they were trying to kill me.”

She shares the message for her sons as she completes the audio.

“Until then, Jayden and Preston, I adore you. I heard you guys have blocked me. I hope the punching bag I gave you, you’re using,” she says. “You guys are unbelievable in the gym. Happy early birthday. You guys can do pull-ups. Wow. You’re skilled in everything you do. I’m so blessed to even call you to mine, and I just want you to believe I am sorry, for my ignorance in saying ‘so’ to you guys — that was intended for my father.”
